Chennai Super Kings coach Stephen Fleming believes his side can overcome the loss of Dwayne Bravo as they prepare to begin their T20 Champions League campaign in South Africa.

(In reply to a question about Darren Bravo being injured) "While we're very disappointed not to have him in the side, we appreciate that we've had a bit of time to adjust and Kulasekara comes into the squad and he was also in very good form in the T20 so we are lucky that we have got depth in our squad that we can cover injuries like this. But certainly with the form and the enthusiasm and vibrancy and dance moves that he brings to the side, it lifts all departments."

SOUNDBITE (English) Michael Hussey, player with the Chennai Super Kings:
"Coming from the West Indies playing Test matches late into the IPL it took me a good couple of weeks to adjust from test match mode into T20 mode, so I think the guys who have been playing T20 certainly have an advantage just to know that their bodies and their minds are in that sort of mode and can hit the ground running, whereas I must admit I was quite slow to get going once I came to the IPL from playing test matches, so I think it's a big advantage."

(Referring to Michael Hussey): "I've told him many times that I think that he's like my idol. I just keep talking to him whenever I can, trying to grab some info or another. I think it's been great, I've been playing with him for the past 4 or 5 years, I think Hussey and Matthew Hayden together are the couple of cricketers I have learnt a lot from with my stint with CSK, and I'm still learning. I think it's an amazing experience just to bat with him in the middle, he's a great guy as well, on and off the field, he's just great to have on the team."
