Post-match reaction after the Houston Rockets beat the Los Angeles Clippers 119-107 on Thursday (14th May) to even their playoff series at three games each.

"The one thing we kept on saying there's no 15-point play and sometimes and all year long we've had that when teams have made runs on us sometimes we'll start taking threes and start just playing home run basketball and I said we gotta do it on the defensive end we had breaks during that, we missed layups during that stretch in the third (quarter) we had breaks where we turned them over we had turnovers that they ran off of, we just had to kind of get ourselves composed and then the guys just kept fighting as I said that group that was out there in the fourth quarter just had great composure they had a great sense that they were really able, they had a great sense that they were gonna accomplish something they were gonna make it a game they weren't gonna go down without making it a game, not only made it a game they they actually we ended up winning like I say by twelve (points) which I never would have guessed that going into the fourth (quarter) but I was just proud of that group and how they played."

"No I thought they tried to run the game out I don't think they thought that they had the game in the bag I thought you could we walked the ball up the floor I thought we got very tentative offensively very few people even wanted to shoot in stretches and you know it happens but it's awful to watch it's awful for our team and we have to figure out in the next 48 hours how to get them back, 'cause we can't get this one back we gave this one away there's no doubt about that but it's still three-three, and we have a Game 7."
