SOUNDBITE (English): Luol Deng, Chicago Bulls Forward, on Nelson Mandela:

"I mean, for me, this is stunning news. It's just he's done so much - not only for South Africa, not only for Africa but the whole world. I remember as a kid, my parents - he's the one person who, you know, when you hear his name everything stops. He gets the ultimate respect from everybody because everything that he did for everybody, what he stood for, what a great example he was. I just remember as a kid this one person that you wanted to meet and always wanted to be like, and he's really changed this world in terms of what he believed in and what he saw as a positive image. And even though we knew he's, you know, got older and he's been struggling with his health, this still really a sad day. For me, when I heard the news it's almost, everything stops and you just think of everything that he did for us."
