SOUNDBITE (English) Frank Vogel, Indiana Pacers head coach:
"I think he's (Carmelo Anthony) great. I mean, he's just a beast of an offensive player and a competitor on the defensive end and he made a lot of tough shots. We guarded him pretty well but he was great tonight."
SOUNDBITE (English) Mike Woodson, New York Knicks head coach:
"Well, I thought our pace throughout the game offensively was great for everybody. J.R. (Smith) struggled a little bit again to shoot the ball. But, I thought in that fourth quarter our pace offensively as well as defensively really picked up. And we finally tonight found some offense. So, that helps when you're playing pretty good defense."
SOUNDBITE (English) Carmelo Anthony, New York Knicks forward:
"Well, I think for the most part starting the game and throughout the whole game, we played with a sense of urgency today. We played the way we've been playing as far as competing at the highest level. I think we did a, I know we did a great job of keeping them guys off the offensive glass, holding them to one shot. And I think a big key of the game was of course defense on the defensive end, but stopping them and getting out in transition and getting some easy baskets and just being patient out there today. I think that was the most important thing."
