SOUNDBITE (English): Gregg Popovich, San Antonio Spurs Head Coach:

"There's no bad victory. You know, obviously it wasn't a fair fight. I still, you know, when you're a competitor you want to compete on an even-steven basis and the Lakers weren't able to do that but, having said that, they came to play every night and the guys who replaced hurt people played their ass off and did the best they could. And, what I was pleased about with our team is that we kept our focus every night. We respected them every night, we played hard, followed a gameplan and were very active and energetic every night. Sometimes that's hard to do when you know that your opponent is wounded."

SOUNDBITE (English): Mike D'Antoni, Los Angeles Lakers Head Coach:

"We were 17-25 and real serious problems and going the wrong way and, you know what? They aired out the differences and from then they went about 28-12, one of the best records in the league, got us in the playoffs and we went 7-1 in April. They fought as hard as they could fight."

SOUNDBITE (English): Mike D'Antoni, Los Angeles Lakers Head Coach:

"San Antonio is a good team, a real good team and we were hoping going into the playoffs that we would be healthy and they wouldn't be and it was just the opposite. So, it happens, but I am proud of the guys, how they fought."
