Carlos Boozer scored 22 points and 16 rebounds to lead the Chicago Bulls to a 79-76 victory over the Brooklyn Nets Thursday, April 25th, to give the Bulls a 2-1 lead in their first-round playoff series.

"Just our defence. Obviously our first five minutes wasn't the way we wanted to start the game but after the first five minutes I thought we played very good defence throughout most of the game. They're a very good team, they came back of course, they have a lot of weapons offensively but we did what we had to do to win the game you know. Nate (Robinson) made one free throw, Joakim (Noah) made one free throw and it ended up being enough. At the end of the game, you know C.J. (Watson) had an open shot in the corner, Joakim hustles over there, contested it and made him miss. So, you know in the playoffs you got to win that in different ways and nothing is perfect, but I'm proud of my guys."

"We're in a good position. You know, we haven't won the series so we're not where we want to be. We still have a lot to improve on, a lot to get better at, we got to get our rest. On Saturday, so we got to get our rest and move on to the next one."
