If you need proof that Emily Blunt is one of the most in-demand actresses in Hollywood, look no further than her IMDB page, which contains a laundry list of upcoming movies. Big ones. With just one major starring role under her belt (Blunt played Queen Victoria in The Young Victoria), the bright blue-eyed British thespian cut her teeth in a string of scene-stealing supporting roles, most notably as the silver-tongued assistant in The Devil Wears Prada. Having watched her Prada co-star (and close friend) Anne Hathaway rise to the A-list, it’s Blunt’s turn to hog the spotlight. After teaming with Jack Black in Gulliver’s Travels, Blunt can be seen opposite Matt Damon in the highly anticipated sci-fi thriller The Adjustment Bureau and starring alongside Ewan McGregor in Lasse Hallstrom’s Salmon Fishing in Yemen. We may as well warn her husband John Krasinski now: There may be another man in your wife’s life very soon; he’s short, bald and made of gold.
