McIntyre counts walking wounded

Dunfermline will look to keep their place at the top of the table by seeing off Ross County, but manager Jim McIntyre will be without four players for the clash at East End Park.

Defenders Neil McGregor, Jack Ross and Austin McCann are all injured, while midfielder Alex Burke is the latest to join them on the sidelines.

But winger David Graham is available and midfielder Nicky Phinn survived a training ground scare to be included.

Assistant manager Gerry McCabe said: "We played ok down at Palmerston, but gave away two horrendous goals which is not like us.

"They will be on a high after qualifying for the ALBA Challenge Cup final last weekend."

Ross County strikers Andrew Barrowman and Steven Craig are both included in the squad.

Neither player showed adverse reaction to their comeback game after injury against Partick Thistle last weekend, but winger Ian Vigurs starts a two-game ban.

Manager Derek Adams said: "A win at Dunfermline would be very welcome and allow us to start forcing ourselves into the top half of the table.

"Everyone at the club was delighted that we have secured our place in the ALBA Challenge Cup final, but we can put that to bed for a wee while now and start looking to move up the table."
