Ten reasons to look forward to 2010

Exciting title race (Final day of the season 9 May)
Chelsea are shoe-ins. Manchester United have the spirit. Arsenal can't be discounted. Manchester City can still challenge. It seems that this season, after every round of Premier League fixtures, the title race takes another twist. At one stage Carlo Ancelotti's team looked unbeatable - but then they got beat. For all the talk of Ronaldo-less United, they're still there and no-one is more experienced in the title fight than Alex Ferguson's team. Arsenal quietly go about their business and remain well in the hunt. Meanwhile Roberto Mancini isn't waiting til next year - he's stated that City can challenge for the title this term.
Whatever happens at the top, there promises to be more twists and turns than in any other recent season. And if the title race isn't interesting enough there's the challenge for the top-four. Tottenham, Liverpool, Aston Villa (and Fulham according to Arsene Wenger) are all in with a shout. And then there's the relegation battle. West Ham and Everton are the most high profile teams struggling at the wrong end and with half the season gone - no team is a certainty for the drop. The league looks set to thrill right up until May 9.
