SOUNDBITE (English) Dominique Gisin, Olympic downhill champion:

"I feel of course inspired. The moment to stand on the podium in front of the crowd in front of the Olympic fire, well... being locked in my heart forever and it will always give me a lot of emotions and a lot of energy. And there's of course a part of me that knows that there will never be another moment as emotional as in Sochi, but I will keep that with me it will for sure motivate me to do more races like that and push really hard."

SOUNDBITE (English) Sandro Viletta, Olympic combined champion:

"Yeah for sure, the World Championships in Vail... My goal is to be on the start on the Super combined and Super-G maybe if I have a good season I am going for downhill. But these two disciplines are on my focus."

SOUNDBITE (English) Lara Gut, Olympic downhill bronze medallist 2014:
    (concerning Lindsey Vonn)

"Well I think it's always good for us skiers to be back on skis and I hope for her that her knee is fine. That is I think the most important thing."

SOUNDBITE (English) Carlo Janka, former world and Olympic Giant Slalom champion:

"Everything is possible now I have new material new skies this season so I have to look how everything works. When everything works well I think everything is possible."
