SOUNDBITE: (English) Kaillie Humphries, Canada Bobsleigh:

"We definitely do train all elements in our sport. You have to be fast, you have to be strong, you have to be explosive, so we do, we train like Olympic sprinters train and we train like Olympic weightlifters. And you kind of got to be as good as you can at the highest level, obviously none of us are good enough to make it as sprinters or we would be. And none of us are good enough to make as lifters or we would be. We're kind of all encompassing right in the middle. You got to be strong, you got to be powerful, but you got to be able to be explosive with that and you have to be fast."
