    Script:

The Snowboard World Cup tour made it's first trip to Lake Louise in Canada on Saturday.
In the Ladies' big final, reigning world champion Maelle Ricker crashed out early on as Lindsey Jacobellis stormed ahead.
Jacobellis was not to be denied - never allowing an opportunity for Canadian Dominique Maltais to pass.
The American earned her 27th career win ahead of Maltais with Norway's Helene Olafsen rounding out the podium.
In the men's competition, there was something of a surprise.
18-year old Australian Jarryd Hughes had never made it to a big final before, but made the most of his chance at Lake Louise.
Hughes held of the rest of the field to take the title - Germany's Konstantin Schad having to be content with second place.
Alex Deibold of the US came home in third.
