Sebastien Ogier retained his lead in the Rally of GB on Saturday, 25 seconds ahead of team-mate Jari-Matti Latvala.

Ogier's time is two hours 18 minutes and 10.6 seconds so far, whilst Thierry Neuville completes the top three at this stage of the race.

Elsewhere Andreas Mikkelsen won the opening two stages of the day and successfully fended off Mads Ostberg in the battle for fourth place.

And Mikko Hirvonen suffered an almighty crash on Friday with mud and stones covering the car both inside and out.

Former Formula One driver Robert Kubica added to the Citroen misfortune on Friday, losing control of the car in the opening stage and flying off the road.

After an overnight rebuild of the car, Kubica - who emerged unscathed from the crash - returned to the race on Saturday only to crash once more.

However WRC rules will allow him to rejoin once more on Sunday.
