    SOUNDBITE: (English) Lindsey Vonn:
"I was really excited. I don't get nervous, you know I've crashed a lot in my career and I'm just getting back up as fast as I can. It's unfortunately taken me seven months to get back up this time, but I was really excited to get out there today."

    SOUNDBITE: (English) Lindsey Vonn:
"My coaches and my doctor were a lot more uneasy than I was. I was really excited, I had absolutely no fear whatsoever and I was just really, really excited to get back out there. My coach had to, you know, try to calm me down, I wanted to go straight right away but he kind of made me do beginner drills unfortunately, but at least I was on snow."

    SOUNDBITE: (English) Lindsey Vonn:
"I feel good, my knee is not swollen, it didn't hurt at all, I didn't feel anything. I honestly can't tell which knee was injured, so that's a good sign."

    SOUNDBITE: (English) Lindsey Vonn:
"It is weird to think it has been seven months. I mean it really doesn't feel like it's been that long to me, but I don't know, it just feels like the right time and my body feels ready."
