Jan Kopecky secured his fourth European Rally Championship win of the season on Saturday at the Sibiu Rally in Romania.

Skoda driver Jan Kopecky dominated on the final day of the European Rally Championship in Romania.

The Czech claimed victory in all six stages on Saturday to finish three minutes, 12.8 seconds clear of his closest challenger Francois Delecour.

The race became a straight fight between Kopecky and Delecour after Bryan Bouffier had retired on Friday following a broken shock absorber at the front of his vehicle.

Local favourite Edwin Keleti's hopes of a podium finish were dashed when he suffered a technical issue whilst in fourth place.

That saw Japanese driver Toshihiro Arai capitalise as he crossed for third ahead of Marco Tempestini.
