SOUNDBITE: (English) Rebecca Soni, two golds and a silver at the London Olympics:
(Q: How do you think you've evolved as an athlete since the 2008 Beijing Games?)
"A lot has changed since Beijing. I feel like last time (the 2008 Olympics) was just a whirlwind experience, being new to the Olympic scene and an amazing experience in my race and winning the gold medal. This time (there's) a lot more pressure, a lot more focus when a year before I definitely was training really hard. I've focused on it for four years, so there's a lot more mental pressure and it takes a lot more mental training to get through it. Once I got here, I think the step of making the team was stressful and then after that I just said, time to have fun, time to do what I'm here to do and not worry about what other people are thinking. So the whole experience was amazing. The village was awesome, the pool was so fun to swim in and the crowd was great here too, so it made for a really good experience."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Rebecca Soni, two golds and a silver at the London Olympics:
(Q: How did it feel to successfully defend you 200-metre title and set a new world record?)
"Winning the gold in the 200 breaststroke was amazing. It's all I could have hoped for and I went (for) the goal time that I was looking for. For the past many, many years I've been chasing to go under 2:20 and I finally went 2:19, so just really thrilled all around."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Rebecca Soni, two golds and a silver at the London Olympics:
(Q: What was more of a target for you here - the medal or the record?)
"At this stage, definitely the gold medal is what everybody is searching for. Everybody on the pool deck is looking for that medal. But I think just a career high is to get that record that I've been really gunning for for a long time."
