Red Bull's Daniel Ricciardo reflects on the season so far - and discusses the arrival of max Verstappen as his teammate.

"Max (Verstappen) is a serious F1 driver and that's...it is actually really good for me. It's a good, definitely a good motivation and I said when I joined Red Bull that I wanted...i came against Seb (Vettel) and I wanted to go against the best and challenge myself and now Max is the newest challenge for me and i think he is a big one. So, I think in a way it is good that he is having the success because if I can get on top of that then it is only good for me, and probably for both of our careers."

"It is a tough one, you know. Part of me is happy that the team is winning again - and I think part of me is happy that everyone's super-motivated and confidence is high. So that's like obviously a positive and I am trying to draw myself to. But from a personal side it was massively frustrating. It's a tough one, it's a tough one. Sure it's a team sport but you know, you are doing it for yourself as well and it is as individual as it is team and that balance is a tricky one to try and manage but from a personal side it is still a hard one to take."
