The World Rallycross came to Kouvola in Finland on Sunday.

From the start Tanner Foust led at the race which he won a year ago.

The American had the two leading drivers of the Rallycross Championship - Andreas Bakkerud and Reinis Nitiss - and the weather to contend with early on.

The Ford Olsberg MSE teammates Bakkerud and Nitiss were battling early on - Nitiss initially in front before being passed by Norwegian Bakkerud on lap one.

Krzysztof Skorupski had his best run of the season to finish fourth, ahead of Anton Marklund and Joni-Pekka Rajala who retired at the start of the race, Skorupski was only allowed to start after last row qualifier Petter Solberg failed to make it to the grid.

Up the front, Foust won comfortably to take the title, while Bakkerud held onto second to cut third place Nitiss's lead to 14 in the Rally Championship.
