    "The defence pleading of the defendant that was brought forward by his lawyers is now concluded. The defendant has now presented his point of view, how it unfolded that he made the payments to Dr. Gribkowsky. According to his plea he considered himself threatened and blackmailed with regards to possible fiscal investigations in his home country."
