    Script:

All the glitz and glamour of the ceremonial start of the Rally Guanajuato in Mexico.

The race is part of the World Rally Championship's and one man is symoninous with that! Sebastien Ogier of France is the reigning world champion and he was fastest around the first stage.

But it was championship leader Jari-Matti Latvala who was greeted with audience's greatest approval at the ceremonial start.

Ogier bossed the first day, but Andreas Mikkelsen wasn't too far behind in third place.

Mikkelsen pushed it too hard in the morning of day two though - crashing during stage three.

Ott Tanak also suffered from an early crash.

At the end of the day it would be Mads Ostberg who would be celebrating though, as Ogier lost his first stage lead to his rival.
