This was some welcome home celebration for Super-G Olympic gold medallist Kjetil Jansrud.

Less than a week after the closing ceremony in Sochi he returned to Norway and won the Super-G World Cup event at Kvitfjell.

With the confidence of being an Olympic champion he glided down the course and clocked a time of one minute 31.39 seconds.

Switzerland's Patrick Kueng came in second, 0.26 seconds behind the Norwegian.

The Czech Republic's Ondrej Bank was trying to make up time on the leaders when this happened...

Bank clearly in some discomfort after that fall, we wish him well.
