"Mentally I am stronger, physically I feel that I am in a great position right now. Overall it takes a whole package and it is about balance. It is not just one aspect and I am definitely a lot more well rounded. I still get tested, I still have my moments when I fail those tests and I still am learning a lot and in the position that I am in. So it is not something I am super comfortable with but it is one that I am comfortable enough in and one that I know and understand and I am growing into in essence. But I am definitely a lot more well rounded and am I am ready to take on the world - which is what it takes to defend."
