It was the Norwegians who dominated the men's slopestyle finals at the European Open in Laax in Switzerland.

Mons Roisland made sure of the bronze with a score of 85.95 points.

Leaving his two compatriots Aleksander Ostreng and Brage Richenberg to battle it out for the gold.

Ostreng finished with a cab 900 Indy Grab, frontslide 1080 and backside double cork 1080 to move into the lead and heap the pressure on his fellow countryman.

But at the crucial moment, Richenberg delivered a stunning final run.

Starting with a switch backside 270, Richenberg moved through to a frontside tailblunt 270 before completing the rails with another frontside 270.

On the kickers, Richenberg pulled off a switch backside 1280, double backflip indy grab and frontside 1280 indy grab.

The judges awarded him a total of 95 points - and the title was his.
