The last FIS ski slopestyle World Cup before the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympic Games took place at the Swiss resort of Gstaad.

After last week's weather nightmare in Breckenridge, things were better in Switzerland with some cloud and light snow.

First up was Switzerland's Fabian Boesch.

The talented youngster is an outside chance for a medal at Sochi. He currently lies tenth in the slopestyle world standings with 94 points, but remains a name to watch.

At Gstaad he took a well deserved third place.

A man who really does have a medal chance is New Zealander Josiah Wells. Currently fourth in the world standings on 122 points, this time he took first place with some breathtaking aerials.

Sweden's Jesper Tjader, currently second in the standings behind America's Nicholas Goepper with 225 points, took second place in Gstaad.
