Hyundai make WRC return

    Hyundai revealed their i20 car for their return to the World Rally Championship next year on Tuesday (10th December).

    Script:

    Hyundai will compete in next season's World Rally Championship in partnership with Shell.

    The team unveiled their new i20 WRC 2014 car at their European headquarters in Alzenau, Germany on Tuesday.

    Hyundai is in fact making a return to WRC for the first time since 2003.

    And the Korean outfit took the opportunity to present next season's drivers as well.

    Thierry Neuville will serve as lead driver, Juho Hannihen, will drive a second i20 at selected events.

    Dani Sordo and Chris Atkinson will partner Neuville at various events during the 2014 season

    Sordo has been confirmed to run at the season opening race in Monte-Carlo, while Atkinson's debut is set for Rally Australia.
