Norway's Henrik Kristoffersen wins Juniors Giant Slalom

    Norway's Henrik Kristoffersen took gold in the Giant Slalom at the FIS Junior World Ski
    Championships in Roccaraso, Italy on Wednesday (7th March).

    Silver went to Germany's Thomas Dressen with Zan Kranjec of Slovenia in third.

    The Giant Slalom at the FIS Junior World Ski Championships and it ended with a bang- and eventually a cheer.

    But it was Thomas Dressen who was first out - The German's time proved difficult to beat.

    Slovenia's Zan Kranjec came closest - but his eventual place was third.


    That's because on the last run Norway's Henrik Kristoffersen came hurteling down the hill

    The fog had become worse but it didn't matter.

    He beat the time - but the win or the fog clouded his vision...

    But Kristoffersen did emerge and triumphant he was about it too.
