Tennis (Wimbledon 21 June - 4 July)
As in Formula One, much of the focus will be on the star comeback. Former World No 1 Justine Henin returns after a 15-month absence and with the Women's game in disarray and lacking in quality, the Belgian's return is much welcomed. As Kim Clijsters proved with victory at the 2009 US Open or Martina Hingis demonstrated with her failed comeback, anything is possible.
Over on the Men's side of the game it remains to be seen just how much further Roger Federer can go. He was written off at the start of 2009 but went on to make the final of every Grand Slam - winning two of them. His position at the top is sure to be challenged by the return of Rafael Nadal who should have recovered from the injuries that derailed his 2009. Meanwhile can Andy Murray finally fulfil his promise? So much was expected in 2009 but disappointed ensued, particularly in the major tournaments. He must come of age.
