The final round of the Airbus LPGA Classic got underway in Mobile, Alabama on Sunday.

Sweden's Anna Nordqvist at 16-under took a one-shot lead over Scotland's Catriona Matthew heading into the final round.

Matthew set up a birdie with her approach shot at 9 to tie Michelle Wie for the lead at 17-under.

America's Stacy Lewis shot a 71 to tie for 10th at 15 under. She needed a solo third or higher to take the top spot in the world from Inbee Park.

Back with the leaders, Nordqvist birdied the 13th to take the outright lead at 17-under.

Yet rising star, Jessica Korda, took the lead at 18-under with a 25-foot birdie at 15.

England's Charley Hull's delightful chip at 16 pulled her to one-shot off Korda. And Wie also had a short game in order too. Both sat at 18-under with two to play.

Yet with Wie missing her birdie chance on 18 for a tie of the lead, Korda needed this putt to avoid a playoff and win the LPGA Alabama.
