Intro:
Three-way tie at the top of the leaderboard after first day of OneAsia Tour Maekyung Open in Seongnam, South Korea on Thursday.
Script:
The OneAsia Tour is back in action this week with the Maekyung Open at South Korea's Namseoul Country Club.
Former winner Kim Bi-o had a rough opening round, but he was relieved when he chipped-in for birdie on 15....one of the few bright spots during an opening round four-over-par 76.
Australia's Scott Hend is one of the veteran non-Koreans playing this week. His tee shot here set up birdie on the par-three sixth, as he would end the day three shots back at one-under after a 71.
Three South Koreans ended the day tied at the top after round one, including Lee Kyoung-hoon, who got up and down on 15 to drop to four-under after finishing with a 68.
Choi Ho-sung got to the last on five-under and could have had the lead all to himself, but he bogeyed 18 to drop into that tie for first.
It was just the opposite result for Kim Seung-hyuk, who sank this lengthy birdie putt at the last to grab a share of lead on four-under heading into the second round.
