With several of the LPGA's legendary players sitting greenside at 18, the JTBC Founders Cup came to a close at the Wildfire Golf Club in Phoenix.

Third round leader Lydia Ko launched out to a terrific start, taking a three-stroke lead by birding four of her first five holes.

Karrie Webb started the day six strokes out but she rocketed up the leaderboard with 10 birdies and a bogey, playing the back nine in 6-under 30.

The world's top-ranked player Inbee Park closed with a five-under 67 that left her tied for 10th place at 16 under.

Fellow South Korean So Yeon Ryu finished in a group at 17 under after shooting her second-straight 68.

Azahara Munoz and Amy Yang, playing together in the third-to-last group, both missed long birdie putts on 18 and each shot 67 to close at 18 under.

Ko birdied the par-five 15th hole to get to 18 under and had a chance to tie Webb with a birdie on 18 but her 25-foot attempt was just short and right. The New Zealander signed a 70 and finished in the group at 18 under, tied for second place.

Webb won her second tournament of the season and her second in four years at Desert Ridge's Wildfire Golf Club. For the second time in the event, Webb overcame a six-stroke deficit in the final round.
