The Floyd Mayweather show continues its South African excursion.

The world champion boxer visiting a boxing gym in the township of Soweto, near Johannesburg.

He may be handy with his fists, but still flanked by some rather beefy looking security guards.

The day-to-day training grinding to a halt as one of the world's most recognisable boxer steps into the ring.

Rousing the crowd of boxing hopefuls:

"To all the young fighters that are up and coming: stay focused, be hungry, dedicate yourself and anything is possible. All work is easy work if you push yourself to the limit. Mayweather dismissed any talk of fighting Manny Pacquiao when he arrives in South Africa on Wednesday.

The 36-year-old said the Filipino only wanted a fight to solve his current tax problems.
