Intro:

Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez made the second stop on their three city tour in New York on Wednesday ahead of their December 8th bout - the fourth time the pair will have fought.

Both held a presser in Los Angeles on Monday and will conclude the tour with a stop in Mexico City on Friday.

Script:

Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez were in Manhattan on Wednesday, looking ahead to their fourth bout.

Their rivalry's becoming somewhat legendary, having gone on over eight years.

And Marquez is doing nothing to dampen that fire.

SOUNDBITE: Marquez (English):
"A lot of people said, 'Juan what do you need to prove in this fight'. And I say, 'I don't need to prove anything because I won the last three fights."

But nevertheless, he's got some new tactics.

SOUNDBITE: Marquez (English):
"Yes, yes I want to win. The most important thing about this fight is Manny Pacquiao knows me and I know him. This is the most interesting fight because he knows me and I know him. I need to change something. I need to change my strategy for for this fight."

Pacquiao meanwhile hasn't stopped an opponent in more than three years, a once-unthinkable drought for a relentless puncher.

But Pacquiao has a plan to recapture his best form, 

SOUNDBITE: Pacquiao (English):
"I decided to choose Marquez because I believe that we can give a good fight to make the fans happy. To fight against (Timothy) Bradley, I don't think it would be interesting to watch that fight because the last fight we saw was a one-sided fight. So why do I need to prove it? But with Marquez the last three fights that we had have been very close fights so people I believe are still very interested in watching this fight."

The fight will take place on December 8th at the MGM Grand Garden in Las Vegas.
