SOUNDBITE: (English) Sania Mirza, India (on losing her first round match in women's doubles)

"You know tennis is like that though. Thats the good and bad part of tennis. It gives you a lot of chances and gives others a lot of chances as well. I think that in the first set even though we lost 6-1, we had a lot of chances that we should have taken and you know we didn't. Having said that we were playing against people who are top fifty in the world, who play together a lot, obviously and on the tour as well they play together. So i think we came in as not standing a chance to winning anything and to come out winning a set and playing well i think thats all we could control, giving our hundred per cent and which we did".

SOUNDBITE: (English) Sania Mirza, India (on her impression on the opening ceremony)

"I think it was pretty amazing. even though I went to Beijing it is very special, every Olympics is very special, and once an Olympian always an Olympian, you want to experience every thing that goes with it, yeah it was spectacular".
