Three way tie for lead after third round of LET German Open

    Three players share a two-shot advantage at the top of the leaderboard after the third round of the Ladies German Open. 

    Overnight leader Pernilla Lindberg of Sweden was joined by Australia's Bree Arthur and England's Rebecca Hudson.

    Rebecca Hudson, Bree Arthur and Pernilla Lindberg are tied for the lead heading into the final day of the UniCredit Ladies German.

    It followed a warm and breezy third round at Golfpark Gut Hausern near Munich.

    The trio are tied at 10 under par 206.

    Hudson vaulted into a share of pole position with a hole in one at the eighth in a flawless round of five under par 67 and then made birdies at holes five, 11 and 12.

    Australian Bree Arthur came to the fore with a blistering career-low round of 65, including six birdies, a bogey and an eagle at the par-five 11th.

    The 23-year-old from Queensland will be contending for the first time on the Ladies European Tour on Sunday.

    Sweden's Pernilla Lindberg, who led after the second round at seven under, followed opening rounds of 68 and 69 with another 69 which included an eagle at the par-five 11th hole.

    Just two strokes behind the leading trio is Laura Davies, who carded a bogey free round of 68.

    Home favourite Sandra Gal joined her on eight under par overall after a steady round of 70 - a birdie on the last hole helping to keep her in the mix.

    Anne-Lise Caudal of France is the remaining player on eight under for the title - matching her five under par second round score of 67 to keep the hunt after a scratchy two over par round of 74 on the opening day.
