21 year old Kim Bi-o carded a four under 68 in the final round to race to a five shot victory at the GS Maekyung Open Golf Championship, part of the Oneasia tour, in Seongnam, South Korea on Sunday (13 May).

Kim, who shot 15 under 273 overall, claimed his second career title of the Oneasia tour.

    Script:

After a shaky start in the final round of the Maekyung Open, overnight leader Kim Bi-o of South Korea came back strongly by rolling in this 25 foot putt for a birdie on the second to get his round back on track.

Kim's closest rival Park Sang-hyun, two shots behind at the start, struggled as he went four over during his outward nine holes.

This neat approach on the 15th holes et up one of two birdies as Park went on to card a two over 74 to end fourth at seven under overall.

Kang Kyung-nam sunk this downhill putt brilliantly for a birdie on the third hole. Three birdies in a row helped him to a 68 and settled for an outright third spot.

Ryu Hyun-woo hit a tournament best 66 to jump up the leaderboard and finish second on ten under.

Kim Bi-o continued his superb form through the week as he set up his fourth birdie of the day with this sublime approach on the 14th hole.

Kim just missed out on a lengthy birdie on 18, but tapped in for par to claim his second career title on the Oneasia Tour.

Kim earned nearly 200-thousand US dollars for the win and is hoping to claim his PGA Tour card back at the end of this season.
