    Script:

Lucie Safarova eased her way into the final of the Family Circle Cup in Charleston on Saturday with a 6-0 6-0 win over Slovenia's Polona Hercog.

The 'double-bageled' victory means she'll now play Serena Williams for the title.

Safarova clinched the first set in somewhat controversial circumstances when the chair umpire was forced onto the court to overrule a call on a Hercog forehand, which was eventually ruled out.

And following her flawless first set, Safarova repeated the feat in the second, again clinching the set when Hercog mistimed a forehand to hand the Czech a place in the final.

SOUNDBITE (English) Lucie Safarova, Family Circle Cup finalist

"Yes, the last title has been in 2007, so I am very hungry (to win another title), especially against Serena (williams). I am looking forward to this match. I still have the doubles in front of me and I am looking forward to that as well. I am just going to go there (into the final) and enjoy it and try to get the title."

Whilst Safarova is vying for her fifth title, her opponent Williams will be looking to clinch her 40th.
