New Zealand's David Smail managed to keep his cool in hot a humid conditions in Jakarta on Friday to maintain his lead at the Indonesian Open by one shot after round two.
The five-time winner of the Japan Tour, seen her sinking the shot of the day, a 40-foot birdie putt at the 11th, moved onto seven-under for the tournament with a three-under par round of 69.
Not far behind is Nick Cullen, who shot the round of the day with a six-under 66 to move the Australian into second on the leaderboard on six under.
A trio of players find themselves a further shot back, with Japan's Yoshikazu Haku matching's Smail's round of 69 to keep him within striking distance.
Jamie Arnold of Australia is also on five-under heading into the weekend, the Cronulla-native setting up a birdie with this shot as he carded a 68.
American David Oh completes the group on five under, Oh shooting the second best round of the day, a five-under par 67.
