Dereck Chisora has had his boxing licence withdrawn by the British Boxing Board of Control, following his clash with David Haye in Munich.

Chisora was called before the Board in Cardiff on Wednesday and promoter Frank Warren revealed his licence had been taken away indefinitely.

Chisora and Haye brawled at a post-fight press conference after Chisora's February 18th defeat to Vitali Klitschko.

In the build up to the fight, Chisora slapped his opponent in the face and spat water at Wladimir Klitschko, Vitali's brother.

The boxer has 14 days in which to lodge an appeal or, failing that, would have to reapply for his licence.
