Claudio Ranieri on Thursday (4 February) looked ahead to the English Premier League top of the table game at Manchester City.

"It's amazing I can put him with Van Basten (Marco) when he scored that fantastic goal, and I don't know if you know you saw Totti (Francesco) when he scored against Sampdoria - amazing goals, amazing goals."

(Q: Who do you think are favourites for the title?)

"The others, not Leicester."

(Q: Do you really believe that though? Do you still think you are the underdogs to win the title?)

"Yes of course, if they push a little more on the accelerator then they go. We have to run a lot."

"Our fans continue to dream, that is what we want. We know it will be another tough match (against Manchester City), but between now and the end there will be only tough matches because now there is a battle for the title, for Europe, to be relegated… it's a battle, the market (transfer) is closed, all the teams are improved and we are ready to battle."
Perhaps this summer when we are on holiday we will say 'wow what a fantastic job we did'. But now no, we are pushing, we are working, our fans are enjoying it, everybody in England is enjoying what is happening with Leicester. This is good, but we are focused on the now."
