Everton manager Roberto Martinez looks ahead to his side's trip to Bournemouth in the Premier League.

"You do, you do but I think the only thing that matters now is the next six months. As a football club you're looking at the next period of competition, it's vital. We are involved in a really interesting moment in the league, we've been through the first third of the competition. Now we're going into the second third and we need to get as many points as we can to see what we are going to be fighting for in the final third. That's the same for every player in this dressing room, is the contribution over the next six months. Then we'll be able to sit down and assess where we are as a football club. The feeling's really good, the momentum is really good and now it is in our hands to be consistent with what we've done in the last few weeks."

"I'm not revealing a secret when I say that Bournemouth were not the favourite team to get promoted from the Championship, so when you see that enormous success, why would you change it? I think they've got a winning formula, they know what works and that's important as a manager, to know when you're going through a tricky period of results and I'm sure Eddie Howe knows that. When you have two or three influential players injured, out of action, that's going to have a massive say. I know we're going to be heavily tested and we'll have to be at our very, very best to go down there and compete in a very important game of football for both teams."
