(Q: How do you approach this week, do you keep it as normal as possible?)

"Like I said before, we've been pretty much going knockout every week since we got here and it's pretty much… obviously we understand we've got to play better, that's part of it, so what we need to do is make sure that when we talk about improving, we know how to make that happen. What's tangible, not 'Oh we've got to improve because it's a big game' and not focus on - ok if we are going to improve, how are we going to improve and bring that to whatever training that we do in the week in our preparation."

SOUNDBITE (English) Michael Cheika, Australia head coach:

(Q: Is there any part of the lead-up, excitement and the knowledge that you're in a final, that you'll use to help your players?)

"No, i don't think so, because that means that we came here just happy to be in the final. That's the thing, if you want to be happy with just 'yeah, ok, that's good, we can go home and everyone will pat you on te back and say that was great, well done', or do you want to do something different, do you want to go and have something you've got for the rest of your life, you know? So they are the choices to be made and I know what choice this team will make."

SOUNDBITE (English) Stephen Moore, Australia captain:

"Well, there is no real secret, I guess, it's having a clear plan and going out and doing that for each other and we've spent a lot of time on that, you know, working hard for each other, and that's really important when you're under the pump in games and that's going to be the case at times at the weekend and so once again we'll have a plan in place and we've got to go out there and execute that plan under pressure."
