SOUNDBITE (English) Gareth Anscombe, Wales full back:

"We are in a quarter-final and what a privileged position to be in. To get out of that tough Pool - even though last week was a huge disappointment - we've got a quarter-final tomorrow in front of a full crowd at Twickenham. We're well aware of the position that we're in and we talked this morning about the fact that none of us want to go home yet. To come out of that Pool and lose tomorrow would be tough to take."

SOUNDBITE (English) Gareth Anscombe, Wales full back (on injuries in the Welsh squad):

"It hasn't changed too much. It's a bit of a challenge at times and we've lost a few key players but that's just the way it goes and the players that have come in can do a job and be ready for tomorrow."

SOUNDBITE (English) Fourie Du Preez, South Africa captain:

"After that game (versus Japan) we could have lost three in a row and could have been the worst Springbok team of all time so we had to, like Duane said, focus a little bit more but it was a massive massive pressure for us, massive, massive, massive pressure and I am very proud of the way the guys, each member in the team and management team stood up after that. We had two decisions, we could either lie down or stand up and I think we showed that we stand up and hopefully tomorrow we can stand up again."

SOUNDBITE (English) Duane Vermeulen, South Africa number eight:

"It's going to played up front by the forwards so its going to be a massive physical battle for us and the Welsh won't back down, they've got a big pack and its all about the inches so hopefully we can go out there and just deliver and make the guys next to you proud and the coaches."
