  • Australia look ahead to RWC quarter final against Scotland.

Script: SOUNDBITE: (English) Stephen Moore, Australia captain

"For me it's not a week to be reflecting of things. We've got a great opportunity to play at the quarterfinal of the World Cup and that's more then enough to play for. I don't want all the boys thinking about anything then the opportunity we've got, preparing really well this week and playing our best rugby at the weekend, because we are going to need to do that against Scotland"

SOUNDBITE: (English) Stephen Moore, Australia captain (on Pocock escaping citing for incident with Scott Baldwin)

"I think that is good to have everyone on deck (referring to David Pocock being available). That's really important at this stage of the tournament. We have already lost a couple of important players to injuries so, as you say, every team goes through that. It's one of the challenges of a World Cup, playing so many games in a relative short space of time. So it's good to have David good for the weekend. He's obviously an important player for us."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Matt Giteau, centre (on Scotland)

"I think their set piece game looks very strong. Obviously they got a great goal kicker and captain, who leads them around really well. They are a very confident team who know what they want, who know the style of rugby that they want to play and they have certainly been executing it quite well."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Stephen Moore, Australia captain

"Well it shows you how difficult the task is. They are really a quality team an they have shown it at the tournament so far. Certainly every time I've played against Scotland, I've felt that it's been a very tough test match and I'm sure at this weekend it's going to be the same. As Matt says, the things that are important in all of these games are going to be important again so, the set piece, for us in the forwards. The scrum, the lineout, the maul. Those kind of areas that are going to be really important. And Scotland is very strong in those areas."
