SOUNDBITE: (English) Sam Warburton, Wales captain (Q: A lot was made of Australia's winning run, were you confident of ending that run?)

"Yeah I thought we got extremely close a few times and backed ourselves to go for the corner when they were one and two men down and I have got to give Australia credit to defend like that against us 15, we were hungry for that try, you've got to give them a lot of credit there. I was pleased from our perspective that it was a try-less performance against one of the best attacking teams in the world. I thought we were aggressive in the contact area. So there are a lot of positives to take out of it, but I think the lesson is if we spend that much time in their 22, we've got to come away with more than... with a try really and if we managed to do that it would have put Australia under pressure."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Warren Gatland, Wales head coach (Q: Was that incredible defence or you not doing certain things you should have done?

"I thought was courageous defence by Australia really, just throwing their bodies on the line. We got over the line three times, been held up and just to me it is just fine margins. If Dan Biggar kicks that penalty on half-time it's 9-9 and you're 12-9 down rather than six down, so your mindset changes and you take the three points. You know a really tight, close Test match, I don't think (there was) a lot between the two teams."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Michael Cheika, Australia head coach (Q: What are your thoughts on that win?)

"It was pretty tight and I think it was a different type of game for us compared to the games that we've played so far, so we had to show a different skin and obviously very pleased with the result. Plenty of imperfections in our game and that's something we are going to have to improve before we get to the quarter-final."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Michael Cheika, Australia head coach (Q: What did you make of your sides defence when down to 13 men?)

"I was very proud, I'm not shy to say that I was proud of the lads, because that's very difficult situation considering the context of the game also. And I was very proud of their resilience there and their intent to go and do what they did."
