Wales show "no complacency" towards Fiji

SOUNDBITE: (English) Warren Gatland, Wales head coach: (On team selection for Fiji match.)

"What I was impressed with were a couple of players after the game, you know obviously we were happy with the win, but, like I said, not 100 per cent happy with their own performance. And sometimes as coaches you like to give them that opportunity to go out there and, you know, fix those things up."

(On Fiji missing centre/wing Nemani Nadolo through suspension and scrum-half Nikola Matawalu through injury.):
"Yeah, they will be big losses for them... and I know they've picked up another injury as well, and a couple of injuries too. So... it's a tough tournament isn't it? I think potentially going forward... I mean we've got guys still battered and bruised this morning and we've got a game in two days... and, you know, I don't know whether four or five day turnarounds in World Cups are too short. But, you know, I'm not complaining about those short turnarounds because we've known that for a long time, we've had to prepare for that."

(On possibly extending match turnaround times at future World Cups):
"You know, it's something that we need to all be aware of because, you know, it's a pretty brutal game at the moment with the contact and it's important that we consider and look after the welfare of our players too."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Sam Warburton, Wales captain: (On Fiji match following win over England):

"You know, in the changing room and on the bus it was awesome, the celebrations and stuff. But then, players we've been talking to each other then, you're like, 'Definitely can't let this slip now against Fiji - we've done all this hard work now.' And it's not just the week of the England game, it's going back three, four months. For me, it would be the easy... I know the players aren't going to be in the wrong mindset going into the Fiji game, because, you know, it would be so easy to slip up against a Fiji team who... I can guarantee it won't be 66-0 like four years ago, a completely different side to the one we played four years ago, and we know we're going to have to be at our best to get a good result there. So, there's going to be no complacency whatsoever."
