SOUNDBITE (English) Jannie du Plessis, South Africa prop:

"I think Japan has got a very, very good scrum, I think they get themselves in a good body position. They are a good unit, the coach is doing a brilliant job so it's going to be a big challenge and that's good because it's a World Cup and nothing should be easy in a World Cup. I'm looking forward to it."

SOUNDBITE (English) Jannie du Plessis, South Africa prop:

"The Japanese front row is a bit shorter in length wise. I think they are stocky and strong. So if you look at the law of physics they can probably go lower the us. It's a massive challenge for us. …They go very very low. And the lower you go the more effectively your scrum is. Like I said, the Japanese have a very efficient a very good pack and it's going to be a very good challenge for us. I think that the challenge for us is going to be meet them at their height and still be effective ourselves."
