SOUNDBITE: (English) Quique Sanchez Flores, Watford head coach:

"It's an option to choose the place where I can imagine that I am going to be happy. So when I have in contact with the Watford team - for me the possibility to come to the Premier League in a small team that is working with passion, has an idea to improve every time, growing up was very important. So for me it is perfect."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Quique Sanchez Flores, Watford head coach: (on former Watford owner, and current joint Honorary Life President, Sir Elton John):

"Sir Elton John is one of my favourite singers in the world. The song 'Sorry Seems to be the Hardest Word' was one of the most amazing emotion thing for me. I know he was the owner of this team. He has a stand dedicated for him. Important players like John Barnes, Graham Taylor like a coach - I think this is a club with 134 years of old. So of course, this is a big respect for me, this is a big responsibility for me to lead the club in the Premier League. So that's why we have the intention to focus really, really, really hard because I want, I wish to Watford to keep their category."
