SOUNDBITE (English) Robin McBryde, Wales forwards coach:

(Question: Under Josef Schmidt, is this the best Irish squad you've come up against?)

"Ten on the bounce I think, winning, isn't it? So that in itself speaks volumes. It, certainly from the outside, looks a very happy camp. They've got 100 per cent clarity because they play with such an intensity, and they're up to third in the world rankings. If you base the decision on that then the answer to that would be yes. You know, this is quite a formidable Ireland team and we're going to have to be at our best to come close to them tomorrow."

SOUNDBITE (English) Robin McBryde, Wales forwards coach:

(On Sam Warburton captaining Wales for a record 34th time).

"Huge testament to Sam with regards to how long he's been doing the role. And, you know, he's come under pressure... but he's dealt with it. And along with Taulupe (Faletau) and Dan (Lydiate) in the back row, they're quite formidable as a unit. So he'll put that on the back burner, and I don't think Sam's one for records, you (the media) know him as well as I do, he just focusses on the game at hand and that'll be the case tomorrow."

SOUNDBITE (English) Robin McBryde, Wales forwards coach:

"It's always a big game, I don't think it needs any more motivation than that really. You've got the two, arguably, two of the better teams in the Six Nations, not being disrespectful to anybody else. But on our day I think both teams are capable of winning anybody, beating anybody. So, with regards to motivation I think we look at our own situation, and we know what a win would give us - an opportunity to go for the Championship... it's a double-edged sword that, by doing that we beat Ireland and stop them getting the Grand Slam. But it's all about what we can achieve really and what we can gain, as opposed to anything else."
