A-League leaders Perth Glory drew 2-2 at home to Brisbane Roar to extend their winless run to six matches.

    Script:

A-League leaders Perth Glory were hoping to end a five-game winless run and they made a strong start here against Brisbane Roar. Dragan Paljic beat most of Brisbane's defence but was denied by Michael Theo.

The home side did find a way past him in the 26th minute, Chris Harold headed back across goal and Danny De Silva put the ball into an empty net.

Brisbane responded after the break Brandon Borello's cross met by substitute Jean Carlos Solórzano.

The Costa Rican striker's fourth goal in as many games.

Less than three minutes later the away side were in again, Matt McKay showed and what about this for a finish...

What a way for the captain to get his first goal of the season.

But it would not be a winner, with 14 minutes to go Brisbane's Corey Brown was shown a straight red card for that challenge.

And Perth took advantage, Paljic's cross came back off the bar but Dino Dujlbic was in the right place at the right time to rescue a point.

2-2 it finished, it is a point but Perth's place at the top of the league is looking very vulnerable now.
