The New England Patriots' fans were in a jubilant mood after seeing their side claim a 28-24 victory over the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XLIX.

The season ending game, often referred to as the greatest show on earth, but was this one more?

"It was a tough loss, but it was an exciting game and we were happy to be here."

SOUNDBITE (English) James Adkins, Seattle Resident:

"I just thought it was a really good game, and that we played pretty well but obviously I guess the Patriots played a little bit better this time."

It's the fourth Super Bowl for the Patriots and Tom Brady, who now moves to joint first on the all-time quarterback winners list in that position, equal with Terry Bradshaw and Joe Montana

So the Patriots fans go back to Massachusetts happy having made the two and-a-half thousand mile trip to the University of Phoenix Stadium. They'll be hoping for the even longer journey next year to Santa Clara, California for Super Bowl L.
